Description is duplicated when ticket is created by mail.

Hello, I have quite an issue. One project have problem to correctly create the ticket based on the email. Its duplicate the description and I dont know why.

Original email:

But The ticket is created like this special automation nothings and in other projects I don't have problem withe ticket created by email at all:
