How do I delete a queue in Service Desk?
You have to be an administrator in the project with a service desk license. If you are, it's quite easy! There are three dots in the upper right hand corner. Click on those and press "Delete Queue".
If you can't do this you might not be a service desk admin.
Except, if the question author did not actually mean to delete a single queue, but a complete 'queue-category'.
That is is not possible atm it seems.
