Delete a tenant JIRA

Hello

I have a colleague who created an instance to test JIRA. Then we installed ATLASSIAN GUARD for SSO. It worked well and we recovered the information and users concerned. But we found that there was another instance with the same name, ending in “-test”. So my colleague can now navigate on these 2 instances. This is another test of a colleague who is no longer present. So impossible to delete

Can you help me ?

Hi @Thomas PROUVOST 

In you Atlassian Administration, go to the security section and the option Discovered Products.

If you are org admin, you can select the 3 dots on the discovered product and "join as admin"

Then you will be able to get in to this instance and remove the instance.

You can adjust and access to users in this instance as well and or delete information

The products are removed after some time, as Atlassian allows a period of re-enablement.
