Default Web Portal to show Details of the ticket expended

Hi 

When my users and myself (admin) view tickets in JSM web portal the "Show Details" needs to be clicked to show the details of the ticket.  Is there a setting that i can select to make the details section always expended so they don't need to click on the "Show details" link? 

Its throwing off some of the new users that they don't know what the ticket is about, except for the summary.
