Deep Dive which automation uses most steps

Hello, 

How we can check which automation uses most steps , in usage we can see only cumulative steps used but no stats per rules, also in old usage page we can see how much time it runed but i cant check all of them. 

maybe Atlassian  is going to add some deep dive export or usage stats?

Are you a Product Admin or an Organization Admin? 

Please note that accessing organization-level insights, specifically platform usage, currently requires an Organization Admin. Product Admins can utilize the automation performance and audit tools, but Atlassian has an open request (AX-2215) to allow broader Product Admin access to platform usage.

As far as I understand, it can be calculated by multiplying the monthly executions by the average number of executed steps per run. I also believe that over time, the Usage UI will be expanded. We are just a few days after the announcement, so let's keep an eye out for updates!

I'm Organization Admin, i can access both : insights and usage pages.

And yes need to keep eye on news!

As I mentioned, we're just a couple of days away from the announcement. I believe that tracking, optimizing, and calculating will improve over time. Also, this three-month period, starting in December, should help people estimate their usage more accurately.
