Deactivating a Form

Hi there, 

Is there a way to deactivate a Form without deleting it? Like for instance, if our environment is not yet live and we want only one of our already created Forms to be live, how can I hide or deactivate other created forms without deleting it? Is there a way to do this?

I know I can edit them but that's not what I want to do.

Please advis.

Welcome to the community.  Unfortunately there is no disabled form function at this time.  The best way I will suggest are:

1) Remove any usage of the specific FORM out from your Request Type Screens. (Ensure all the following functionality are disabled - highlighted as below)

2) Rename the specific FORM name, so other admins will not use it.  (i.e. 2/23/2022 New Form - Don't Used)
