Date in PDF jumps from 2023 to 2024

Hi,
we have a form where users input some info and one of the info is the begin/end date and one weird thing we've been experiencing is that the input dates are 31.12.2023 and in the form it's also the 31.12.2023.
But in the PDF from the same form/Ticket it's the 31.12.2024.
has anbody experienced anything like that?
