Data residency not moving

Hello,

we would like to move our projects (esp. Service Management) to Germany (AWS Frankfurt). The move was planned as follows:

The move was scheduled to take place from Jan 22, 2025 to Jan 29, 2025 between 1:00 AM and 1:00 AM CET.

However, nothing has happened yet. Today is February 3, 2025.

I strongly suggest you raise a support ticket directly with the Atlassian Support team regarding the data residency migration.

The community does not have visibility into the status of migration.
