Data manager import doesnt work in Sandbox

Shawn Jamison

I have a JSM sandbox and I want to import data into the sandbox assets.  I followed the same process setting up schemas and an imports in my sandbox that works in production.

When I run the CLI importer I get the following error:

An error occurred while calling the server to get the platform's version.

I've deleted the api tokens and recreated them.  I've tried Admin api keys

I've verified multiple times that my workspace-id is my sandbox ID.

My prod imports work but I cannot get the sandbox imports to work.

Hi @Shawn Jamison

Welcome to the community.

Most likley this is related to the workspaceID or the token, make sure no trailing spaces are copied.

thank for the reply.  I don't have any trailing spaces in the workspaceID or the token.

So the API tokens need to be generated differently for the sandboxs?  Maybe I'm not creating the API tokens correctly?

Hi @Shawn Jamison

Do you as a user created the API key, do you have permissions on the sandbox as a user and the correct permissons?
