Data Manager - Imports failing

Using Data Manger Asset Imports. The Imports are showing issues.

 

I started yesterday, but data manager imports keep failing in both Production and Sandbox. It often takes multiple attempts to complete them successfully, if they work at all.

 

Has anyone else experience this problem?

Hi @Timothy Brown , thanks for your post. I can't find a dedicated place to see if there are any performance issues with Assets or Data Manager. The documentation here - https://support.atlassian.com/assets/docs/data-manager-assets-data-manager/ says if you have any problems to open a ticket to the service desk so I would recommend for you to do that, if this issue is still persisting https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
