Customize CSAT ratings

Hello Team,

I would like to customize the CSAT ratings as into 2 responses rather have 5 different.

For an example: CSAT response should be either Good or bad.

Is this possible?

Hi @Malisha Thapa 

welcome to the community.

At the moment you cannot customize the CSAT feature. You can only create new custom reports including the CSAT responses.
