Customers view completely empty. Adding new users will disappear when refreshing

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
The last few days it seems like all customers are removed from all my Jira Service Management portals.
This is the view I now see in one of my portals:
Even when re-adding clients after refreshing the page they are gone again.
Customers are reporting that the approvers dropdowns are also empty, so they can't submit any tickets at the moment.
