We are using the plugin My Requests Extension for Jira Service Management | Atlassian Marketplace to restrict the access to request types to groups in the customer portal

Hi,

The permission is applied in all the project, you can't use the permission scheme to grant/restrict access to specific issue type. So in your case you can play with the issue security level (but this is not customizable in free plan) to put a level in specific issue type to hide/show them.

Or try to find a suitable app in the marketplace.

Hi @flim

Unfortunately it is not possible in JSM. From project you can grant/restrict access to all request types. I don't know if it possible by app from marketplace.

Seba
