Is there a way to change the Customer satisfaction survey email to include the ticket summary or other information so that the customer will be able to know which ticket they are inputting satisfaction on?

When a ticket is resolved, the customer will receive a notification that contains the resolution and the survey and the notification already show the summary and the issue key of the ticket and also the link to access the portal:
If that’s not what you meant, can you please let us know more information about what you need? Would you like to add the information to the body of the email?
