Customer request notification email should be sent from support@my-domain.atlassian.net

I am creating  customer requests from tha Service Desk API, and i want the notifications to be sent to customers by the email support@my-domain.atlassian.net but it keeps sending from jira@my-domain.atlassian.net. How can I customize this?
