When a ticket is opened in Jira Service Desk, we want to add information about the SLA period to the notification sent to the customer. How can we do this?

Hi @Gökhan Sarıkaya , consider using automation to send an email to the reporter. You can use Smart values to incorporate SLA information. Here is a previous post that discusses this very topic. Smart-values-for-issue-SLA
