Customer Portal Login failed everytime until reset password once. but login failed after logged out

We have encountered an issue for a long time. Every time when a normal user login into customer Portal, we need to reset password and get that reset password from email to login successfully. However, after logged out and we cannot login again. The current workaround is not checked "Keep me logged in" to login. Is that the bug for Jira customer portal?

That was quite the weird behaviour of your JSM portal. I have never encountered that scenario.

• Can you clarify what you mean by a normal user? Do you mean JSW/JSM licensed users or JSM customers?
• Does this happen to all users or just s specific user?
• Does this happen in all browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or just a specific browser?
• Can you try to reproduce the issue with the browser Private or In Cognito mode?
