Customer\Organization portfolio management

Hi,
Is there a way to manage a broader customer/organization portfolio within the product?
Today I see only the possibility of attaching contacts under an organization.
I am looking for a way to add more details about the organization like what products he purchased, SLA to the customer, topology of his solution, expiration date of the service contract, and so on.

That would be nice indeed. I know there’s at least one suggestion open to add this capability but it’s not there today. There are add-ons that would give you customer profiles.
