Hi,
Overnight (A few nights ago) my customers who had access to the knowledge base have suddenly lost access to all articles. We have not changed anything our end, it only came to our attention today when a customer said they couldnt see anything in the portal.
The customers are added as customers in the portal, but when they go to the KB they cant view articles.
Anything happened/changed that has done this? Or how can this be fixed?

Hi Hull - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Confluence has had several outages over the last day and a half or so. You might wait for all of that to clear to see if that was the issue.
