Custom objects and Incremental Data Pull
Hi,
I am trying to understand how to do the following.
1. Pick / Pull / Receive all incremental changes over API. I should be able to pull all the records for Organizations, Users, and Tickets that are changed/updated after a certain date or time (incremental pulls). Also, is this possible via JQL?
2. Get all the users (without pulling them against the organization id) and get an organization foreign key in the returned JSON. Also, is this possible via JQL?
3. Get all the active organizations.
4. Is there a possibility to create a custom object and associate it with a ticket? also, when I fetch the Custom Object, will it have a foreign key referring to the associated ticket id? Also, is this possible via JQL?
Any documentation for each of the above will also be beneficial.
