Custom SMTP relay for notifications to allow for secure email using SPF, DKIM, Dmarc

Hi Community,

I would like to know if there is a custom SMTP setup to relay all my jira outgoing mails so that they get signed with our SPF. Dmarc and DKIM records associated with my company?

We have already added the SPF for atlassian to our SPF record but it is not enough, we wish to route the outgoing jira mail for our instance via our mimecast servers.

Please let me know if there is a solution for this?

Hi @Sean Jordaan , Atlassian does not provide an option to change SMTP or add an SMTP relay.  However there is an open issue for this: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-62125

As far as I know, there is no ETA.  I would not expect action too soon ...
