Custom Field Group Picker (Single Group) not available in workflow approval step

Hi there,

Per the subject, I have made a Group Picker field, global context which is visible on my issue screen, the problem is when I am trying to use that field in an approval step in a workflow I cannot see it to select it.

The only group picker field is the Approvers one that is created by Atlassian out of the box.

Is there something I need to do to be able to select this custom field in the approval process in the workflow?

Hey Steven,

I am pretty sure the Approvers field is a multi users select field and not a group picker field. You would need to use the same type of field.

I just tested it and it works with Group Picker (multiple group) which is fine I just set it up with a single group :)
