Hi,
Is there anything that needs to be done at the Office 365 end for emails to be delivered from the custom domain? The Jira end verified the DNS entries, but I don't see any emails coming through the custom domain email such as service manager notifications.
Any help would be appreciated!

If you setup different email in Jira, this doesn't prevent Jira to sent it out.
What is the setup you made, exactly?
