Because fixing it requires deep security and identity verification, it can't be safely handled here in the public community.
You'll need to reach out to Atlassian Support privately. They have a standard protocol for this exact lockout scenario and can securely provide a temporary bypass or drop the configuration so you can get back in and correct the setup.

Open in Incognito Windows and set "Continue without logging in"
Skip adding the site ID.
