when BCC e-mailing the inked e-mail address to the JIRA project, it just doesn´t create an emailed request ticket as it should. Why?
What is the reason behind and how to solve this issue?
Already checked the e-mail address, global email configuration, sending an email TO the JIRA linked-email address, this is getting frustrating. Please help!
I also have the same problem. I have automation for different receivers in my organization.
When looking at the complete Bcc received email, I noticed that there is field "Delivered-To:". Can it be used by JIRA or JETI?
