Creating a New landing page in Customer Portal and Expand Macro is not working

I am building a Landing page to use as part of our customer portal and I am using the Ric Text feature and I have added the expand Macro.

When I go to Preview or after I publish nothing is showing.

Is this not available to use?

Are you still experiencing this issue? 

I have tried the same in a Premium environment where I have access, and I don't encounter this problem (using Chrome Incognito).

In the Editor:

In Preview; the macros can't actually be expanded in Preview:

After Publish; in the live page the macros can be expanded and collapsed.

If you are still experiencing the problem, have you tried any of the following?

1. clear your browser cache and retry.

2. open a private browser window and retry.

3. use a different browser app and retry.

Can you share with us screen images of what you are seeing in Edit, Preview, and Published views?
