Creating Sub Task no longer works

Hi guys,

I have been using sub task for the last 8 months with no issue, and now. However as of recently last month I note that this is no longer working. I get the following issue:
I then continue the process and allow access but still cannot get the sub task to appear. HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP!

Hi @Jemmy Pola ,

thanks for your question. I guess you are using a 3rd party app for creating Sub-tasks. The warning you get is from an this updated app, which has changed permissions with the last update and now needs your consent to work again.

As you have noted, that it is still not possible after hitting "Allow access", could you please give us more information about the problem? Do you get an error? What do you mean by "still cannot get the sub task to appear"?

It might be helpful if you post some screenshots and note down the name of the sub-task app.

I click on allow, go through the below prompts

click on accept and reverts back to the main page and then i get the below error:
