Creating A Company Managed Projects without being a site-admin

Hello,

I need to give Project Managers the ability to create Company Managed Projects without making them Jira site-admins. These are the requirements they are asking for.

• create company-managed business projects
• create a company managed project template that will be used for all AMR IT PMO projects (Without buying an Addon)
• configure the template to allow for creating epics, milestones, service requests in those projects (Without buying an Addon)
• permissions to update workflows for the execution of these projects
• create custom fields

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Hi, @[deleted]. I hate to be the one to tell you this, but it's requirements like these that led to the creation of Team Managed projects 😉

We may agree or disagree where Atlassian draws the administration line, but I am afraid some of these things can only be done by system admins.
