Create ticket from email using the reply-to address instead of the from address

Hi,

 

We use a google form to accept new issues from the public within our mobile app.  Unfortuately, all the emails have the form owner's email but the reply to is the actual users email.  We would like to automatically create the user from the reply too instead.  How can we do this?

Using the JSM email handler, this isn't doable. Perhaps you could automate it, either via JA, or inside the workflow with the use of an app. Can you please elaborate more on how this procedure is actually taking place?
