Create sprint button is disabled

In Jira I am an Admin user. 

For a software project, I am not able to create a sprint from my backlog. 

The button ''create sprint'' is disabled. 

My user is already added to ''manage sprints''

When I hover over the button it still gives the pop up ''You need manage sprint permissions....''

Hi @Zoë Radder 

You may have permission issue. Even if there is currently issues from 1 porject in your baord, if the JQL use in the board spread across multiple project, you will need the permission on all project that can be involved in a board.

So I look on the JQL use in the board and make sure you have the permission for all porjects.
