Good morning, I would like to know if it is possible to create a calculated field that shows the range of hours for the ticket start time and the resolution time. For example, between 0 to 10 minutes, between 10 minutes to 20 minutes. I would like this range of hours to be displayed on the dashboard and show a graph between a new field I have created (such as host is an invidual option custom field and I entered several values to be displayed in that field) and the range of the time I want to customize. For example: Display a line graph with markers between hosts and the resolution time range (between 0 to 10 minutes, between 10 minutes to 20 minutes, plus 2 days). Please can you tell me if that is possible and if so how I could do it.
