Create button is not working in JIRA

Facing this strange issue where Create button is not working in JIRA.Debugged a little & found that there are errors in consoles ,haven't installed any plugins which will block it though. 

Errors :

1. Unable to load bridge "jira-development-status/util/WRM

2. Unable to load bridge "ac/create"

Just for a better understanding, can you please let us know if this issue is affecting only you or all users?

Have you checked with your administrator if you have permission to create tickets?

When did this issue start?

If you have the permissions, have you tested using another browser and another network? If possible, test using your mobile network.

Also, on your browser, instead of the console tab, please, check the network tab, then click on the error message (the 409 can be ignored), and check the Response tab where it usually shows more details about what can be the cause.

Have you cleared your browsers cache?  Please try that, log back in and see if the issue is resolved.

@Nikhita I have the same questions as @Angélica Luz is this isolated to you and a specific browser or is it more widespread?
