'Create' button does not respond

From this morning, I can not create ticket . when clicking on Create button, it does not response. Have tried Incognito mode and clear cache, disable all extensions but nothing works :( 

Pls help :(

Welcome to the community.  As you already taken the necessary steps to ensure your browser client is not the issue.  You will need to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance to determine the possible cause on why the Create button is not responding.
