As a problem manager, I want to be able to create a visualisation (timeline, graph, whatever) that will show me when incident tickets linked to a problem ticket occured so I can easily see recurring patterns and provide that information to stakeholders. I cant currently find a way to do this after searching around. Is there any way to do this or am i out of luck?
