Hi! I am trying to create a report in JIRA that tracks the ticket resolution time compared to the due date of the ticket.
For example:
I receive a ticket that is due on 06/30/2023 - I complete and resolve the ticket on 06/28/2023. The report would then calculate the difference between the resolution time and the Due Date (-2 days)
I receive another ticket that is due on 06/30/2023 - I complete and resolve the ticket on 07/03/2023. The report would then calculate the difference between the resolution time and the Due Date (3 days)
The report would then take the average of the two tickets Time to Due Date and that would be the data it reports. (so for the example - the report would show tickets are completed for this user on average 1 day past the Due Date.)
Thank you!
Hi @Taylor Campbell, I hope your needs have been met, but if not, consider trying Performance Objectives: Charts for Jira. Our app can assist you in creating an Average Time to Due Date report using the 'time between' metric and average calculation, as shown in the example chart below:
In the first example the average time is displayed by Organizations, and in the second image the report shows average time between due date and resolved displayed by Reporter.
Take advantage of a 30-day trial period to explore the app. Should you have any questions or need help configuring this or any other report, our support team is here to assist you.
