I'm as a customer, can create a request on customer portal and want to have ability editing own request after creating. Can I do it?
I gave "Edit Issues" permission for "Service desk customer - portal access" to do it but does not work.
@Alexandr Balashov, welcome to the Community. As an FYI it is always a good idea to search for a similar question before creating a new one as there often are answers already. Simply enter your question into the Search box in the top right.
