Currently this is not possible in Jira natively however there is a feature request raised here which you can upvote.

As @Mayuresh Kamble wrote, there is no natively possible. You can display linked issues on the request details view using our app Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management. This app also provides many useful features for customer portal, not only presenting linked issues.
