Costomize information captures through the widget embedded in the website

Can you advise how can we capture browser and account info for the reporter in the reported bug, who is reporting it through the embedded widget in our website? (being logged in)

Welcome to the community.

This can't be done.

Atlassian can't get information as location, browser used, etc..

This would require an analytics application like Piwik or Google Analytics.

Hi Marc, I understand that. But can't we inject our java script cde into the widget embedded code which will capture it?
