Copy description in a form to another form

Is there a way to copy a field linked to the Description field to another form that will be in the same issue?

ie

Issue 1234 is created by a form (form1) for a firewall rule request. We will attach another form (form2) to the request with source/destination/port that will be used for approvals. I want to include the description field from form1 to form2.

Hi Sam,

I am not aware of a way to prepopulate the form with a value from another form (or even dynamically). You should probably open a support ticket with Atlassian so they can decide if that's a feature they want to eventually do (or if there is a workaround for it now!).
