Copy attachments from trigerIssue to issue (automation rule)

Hi,
I'm working on a cloud JSM project and I want to merge mail requests issues that share the same value for a given field (let's say summary for example).
I created an automation rule as follows:
My problem is that attachments are not copied into the reference issue. So i would like to know if there is any way to copy attachment from a triggerIssue to another or to merge automatically issues that have field value in common.
I'm not system administrator so i would rather find a solution on my own but i'm open to considering marketplace apps since it's a very important issue to solve.
