Controll-question when using login-free Jira service desk

We might want to change our Jira service desk so that anyone could send a request without having to login as user first. Is there any functionality that can reduce risk for bots to send in request? Like a "I am not a robot"-function? And if so, how do we activate this feature?

There isn't anything in place for this. They are developing a solution to restrict by domain but don't believe it has rolled out as yet.
