Connecting two attributes in Jira Assets & making only one editable?

I've been playing around with Jira Assets for a while now and need to see if this is possible.

I have Divisions and Departments within those divisions as Object types. The 'Employee' object type lists has attributes that refrence the Division and Department the Employee works in.

When editing an Employee I want to make it so if you change the Department the Division automatically changes with it

Example:
Employee Divison: Finance
Employee Department: Accounting
➝ Employee goes to Digital Marketing ➝ Employee Department attribute  is changed
➝Employee division automatically changes as well
New Division: Marketing
New Department: Digital Marketing

I would also like to make sure the "Division" attribute is only visable not editable as well.
