Connecting a Microsoft Exchange account not possible

Because of some background settings (fireweall, etc.) it is currently not possible to connect my Exchange Mail account to use it as service request mail account.

The questions are:

- What ip does Jira use to connect to my account?

- Is IMAP SSL possible?

Jira uses the ip address of your exchange server, and yes, it fully supports IMAPS.
