Connected custom email but unable to receive emails.

I have successfully connected our Microsoft email however, when we send emails, the task is not created. Any help?

Please can you share the details of your configuration.

Did you setup the Email request to receive emails in the JSM or did you configure the "Incoming Mail" setting in Jira. Perhaps you can share some screen shots of the setup, this will help in isolating the behavior sooner.
