I have connected a slack workspace with Jira chat to automatically create tickets from Slack by adding an emoji to a message. However, in the chat setting I can't seem to set up a connection to another slack workspace. Is there a way to connect Jira chat to 2 workspaces at the same time?

I wanted to share that Actioner provides a Slack app for Jira that lets you create issues with emojis. It is also possible to connect multiple Slack instances with the same Jira project.
If you can't figure out a way to connect multiple Slacks with Jira chat, Actioner's solution might be worth to check out. You can find the app on Atlassian Marketplace.
