Hello. I'm Andrew McDonald and I work for a company that uses Jira for work related tasks. Somehow the following email address: jira@andrew-roy.atlassian.net has been activated in my name. When I am tagged in an email through my regular company email address, the email sender receives an automated reply that says 'We have received your request. We are on it." from the jira@adrew-roy address. I have checked my company email and cannot find any of these sent emails. I also cannot access this email account through Jira or anywhere else. |
I do think that this is associated with an Atlassian University account. When I try signing in through there, it sends an email verification link to the jira@andrew-roy.atlassian.net email address but as mentioned before, cannot access this email account.
I'm not entirely sure how to approach this from here.. Thank you.
