Confluence move page from internal to exeternal

Hi,

I have two confluence spaces, one external and the other one internal. I have created a page on the internal one that later would be moved to the external page so the customers can see the page, but after moving the page from the space that is set to internal to the space that is set to external I can't see this page as an external page and can't add it to a topic on the customer portal.

I just tested this.

Both moving a page from an internal knowledge base to an external and creating a new page directly in the external knowledge base.

It took around 20 minutes for me before the pages appeared - but then I was able to select them as topic just as usual.

Let me know if you got it working as well now.

I thought that it wasn't working, but just as you said, it takes a lot of times. For other things confluence takes some time, like a minute or two. It did work after 30 minutes or so.

I would give it a little more time first.

From the other reply from @Sandro Leone - EPS , he have right , that doesn't update instantly after the move, so I would not treat that as a problem right away.

If it still does not show up later, then I would check permissions/restrictions on the page and its parent pages in the external space. In these cases that is usually the next thing worth checking.

Wait a bit first, then recheck visibility/restrictions on the Confluence side.
