Configuring SLA's

I'm sorry, but another dumb question......

I have created a project and created organisations and customers. Is it possible to create different individual SLAs for each organisation?

Yes, that is possible. Your SLAs are based on JQL, so you could base it on organizations. Have a look at Create SLA goals based on customer details for more information.

Yes you can create different SLA by organizations. You can use the "organizations" field to filter your SLAs.
