Configure my own SMTP

I am trying to configure my SMTP but i dont have the button "create new SMTP" in the outgoing mail section, somebody know why i dont have this button? i am using Jira Service Management Cloud, and the version in this moment is trial version.

In cloud you do not configure any outgoing email. This is why you don't see debility to create a new SMTP. If you wanted to do something like that consider an add-on solution like JETI or JEMH.
