I am still learning the ins and outs of JIRA and I'm currently trying to set up a customer portal for our customers.
We have two distinct service desk projects; one for a software product, the other for AV/IT support. We want both supported through the same portal, but each to have their own aesthetic identity in the separate parts of the portal.
From what I've researched you can only have one colour applied to the whole portal and the only thing you can change is the featured logo. Is this correct?
Would Theme extension or Refined give the ability to give different projects within the portal different aesthetic identities?
Yes this is correct, the 'design' of a customer portal is global across all JSM projects, but looking at those two apps they should hopefully do the trick in terms of creating unique customer portal designs
